This can be broken down. A hardware is not a physical component of a computer. A computer shell is not a hardware. A hardware is a computer chip no smaller than 5mm. ? A device is something physical that is no larger than the average computer or smaller than jolly rancher. A device must include an outer shell other wise its a hardware. A program is an application while programming is developing an application. The computer is balogny. It's what we call a Graphics card.
